DNH8(HGL) series alien isolation switch is mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 400V, and rated current up to 3150A. They are used for infrequently switching on and off circuits and for electrical isolation as an isolation switch.
- The acceleration mechanism of instantaneous release of spring energy storage enables fast switching on or off (13.8 m/s). It can be independent of the speed of the operating handle, greatly improving the ability of extinguishing the arc.
- The shell made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin has good flame retardancy, dielectric properties, carbonization resistance and impact resistance. Therefore, it has excellent arc extinguishing performance and can be used in various harsh environments.
- Parallel double breakpoint contacts are self-cleaning.
- All contacts have two separate contact faces. Large isolation distance in the “0” position, three locks can be used at the same time to lock the handle, reliable to avoid misoperation.

- The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40 ° C or lower than -5 ° C, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.
- The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000 meters.
- No explosive hazardous medium.
- No rain or snow invades the environment.
Note: If intended to be used at ambient air temperature above +40℃ or below -5℃, the user should explain to the manufacturer.

Alien Isolation Switch DNH8(HGL) series are designed for use in a variety of applications where circuit turn-on and turn-off or electrical isolation is required. They are available in seven different models, ranging from 63A to 3150A, and feature a modular design with three and four levels (three levels + neutral level for turn-on and turn-off).
Alien Isolation Switch is also equipped with a front-side window that indicates the contact’s on/off state, and a rear observation window that allows for direct observation of the contact’s on-off state.
