On the afternoon of June 27th, the Dream Club team visited GRL for guidance. Cathy Chi, Vice President of GRL Administration, Su Leqiang, Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department, and Yang Deng, Manager of Planning and Material Control Department, warmly received the guests.

GRL Electric attaches great importance to this event and has specially customized a signature wall. Before the event began, members of the Dream Club team held a check-in ceremony in the lobby on the first floor of Building 1. Under the leadership of Manager Yang, members of the Dream Club team visited GRL’s mold workshop, metalworking workshop, assembly workshop, and testing center, gaining a deeper understanding of GRL Electric’s production and operation.Dream sharing Team

Subsequently, a sharing event was held in the conference room on the second floor, chaired by Su Leqiang. Mr. Chi also delivered an enthusiastic speech and warmly welcomed the arrival of the Dream Club team.
Manager Su shared ‘Recruitment and Interview Techniques’. By sharing my own experience and case studies, I have provided valuable recruitment and interview guidance for everyone. The members of the Dream Club team actively interact and jointly explore how to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and interviews.
Manager Yang shared the theme of “Supply Chain Management”. He introduced the importance and management skills of the supply chain, opening the door to an efficient supply chain for everyone.
Finally, both parties had an exchange meeting, and members of the Dream Sharing Team actively asked questions, engaging in in-depth communication and discussion with Manager Su and Manager Yang.
During this process, everyone not only shared their valuable experiences and perspectives, but also jointly explored various ways and methods to solve the problem.
