Employees are the foundation of an enterprise, and enterprise development cannot be separated from the joint efforts of employees.
In order to commend outstanding employees and stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, on March 17th, the GRL Electrical Production Management Department held a monthly commendation meeting for outstanding employees and excellent teams in the multi-function comprehensive hall of Building 2 in the new plant area.
The meeting was chaired by Production Director Liu Zhuan, and outstanding employees and teams were submitted by the workshop directors of the Production Management Department.
After review by the Production Management Department, four employees were awarded the monthly “Excellent Employee” in February, and one team was awarded the honorary title of “Excellent Team”.
Each workshop director issued honorary certificates and bonuses to the monthly outstanding employees.

The red flag of the excellent quality team in February was obtained by the five groups of the second assembly workshop.
President Ni spoke and said, “I believe everyone should know what is the definition of excellence?”? First of all, we need to be outstanding personally, and then use your excellence to influence our colleagues around us to become outstanding together, even affecting our teams and workshops to become outstanding together.

Next, our company is about to start implementing lean production. As everyone knows, lean production is a long-term and continuous improvement process that requires active cooperation and implementation.
In our production process, everyone knows that lean production is crucial. The focus is on our operations and production management department. The key to success in lean production is to rely on every colleague present. Each of us is a member of our lean improvement team.
