From July 24th to 25th, Zhejiang GRL Electric Co., Ltd. organized the first phase of vocational skill level certification for senior workers in high and low voltage electrical equipment assembly.

The exam is divided into two parts: written and practical.
In the written test on the morning of the 24th, all candidates conducted a centralized answering session in a closed examination room.

The practical exam will begin in the assembly workshop in the afternoon. In this process, employees need to operate according to strict standards and demonstrate their confidence and ability in facing complex assembly processes.
They have successfully overcome various technical difficulties with proficient techniques and professional judgment, demonstrating excellent operational skills.
