At the meeting, Vice President of Operations Ni Jufeng reviewed the “5S” management situation in April:
The overall situation in each region remains in good condition, but details still need to be improved and improved;

1. Office of Administration:
(1) Personal belongings and samples (materials) are not placed in designated areas;
(2) File cabinets without identification, desks without identification, and garbage not disposed of in a timely manner;

2. Warehouse situation:
(1) The material dashboard has no content;
(2) Superelevation of material stacking;
(3) Incomplete material information (non-standard handwriting);
(4) Deformation caused by external box pressure;

3. Workshop situation:
(1) Employees do not wear noise proof earplugs;
(2) There is squeezing phenomenon in product stacking;
(3) Unqualified products without identification and isolation of unqualified areas;
(4) Pull the air pump pipes randomly;
(5) The management of turnover boxes is not standardized;

After inspection and selection by the GRL Electric 5S Management Committee, in the “5S” management selection activity in April, 1 “excellent (red flag)”, 4 “unqualified (black flag)”, and 25 “good (yellow flag)” were ultimately selected. The Planning and Material Control Department became the best department for this issue of 5S and was awarded the 5S mobile red flag.

The red flag and bonus will be awarded by the technical chief engineer Fan Lin, while the yellow flag will no longer be presented on stage, while the unqualified black flag will still be personally awarded by the general manager David Liu to show vigilance.Strive to Continuously Promote
