The GRL DNH1 Series Fuse Switch Disconnector is designed for safe switching, reliable circuit isolation, and effective short-circuit protection in low-voltage power distribution systems. The product combines a fuse switch disconnector with a mechanical fuse core monitoring function, enabling clear identification of fuse operation status and improving maintenance efficiency in electrical installations.
The DNH1 series covers rated operational currents from 160A to 630A, including models DNH1-160, DNH1-250, DNH1-400, and DNH1-630. The rated operational voltage is AC 400V and AC 690V, making the product suitable for common low-voltage distribution networks and industrial power systems. The conventional thermal current (Ith) is consistent with the rated operational current for each model, ensuring stable current-carrying performance under continuous operation.
With appropriate fuse links installed, the DNH1 series provides a rated short-circuit current up to 100 kA at AC 400V and 50 kA at AC 690V, offering strong protection against short-circuit faults. The usage category with fuse is AC-23B at AC 400V and AC-21B at AC 690V, supporting both load switching and isolation requirements in different operating conditions.
In terms of insulation performance, the DNH1 series features a nominal insulation voltage up to AC 1250V for the 160A model and AC 1000V for other current ratings, with a rated impulse withstand voltage of 12 kV across all models. The rated frequency is 50/60 Hz, meeting standard power system requirements. Electrical life is rated at 200 operating cycles, ensuring reliable mechanical and electrical performance during normal service life.
The integrated mechanical fuse core monitoring mechanism provides a direct visual indication when a fuse has operated. This function allows maintenance personnel to quickly identify faulty circuits without removing the fuse, reducing downtime and improving operational safety, especially in multi-circuit distribution panels.
The maximum tightening torque ranges from 12 N·m to 28 N·m, depending on the current rating, ensuring secure electrical connections during installation. Power dissipation is controlled within reasonable limits, with values ≤12 W for 160A, ≤32 W for 250A, ≤45 W for 400A, and ≤60 W for 630A models, contributing to thermal stability inside distribution enclosures.
The GRL DNH1 Fuse Switch Disconnector complies with IEC 60269-2 and GB/T 13539.2 standards, ensuring compatibility with standard fuse links and meeting international safety and performance requirements. The device is suitable for normal operation at ambient air temperatures from –5°C to +40°C, with an installation altitude of up to 2000 meters. Installation categories III and IV are supported, with pollution level 3, making the product suitable for industrial and distribution environments. Transportation and storage temperatures range from –25°C to +55°C.
Overall, the GRL DNH1 Series Fuse Switch Disconnector with Mechanical Fuse Core Monitoring offers a reliable and practical solution for low-voltage power distribution, combining switching, isolation, fuse protection, and clear fuse status indication in a compact and robust design.
