Improve the convenience of the distribution box

In the distribution box connected by copper bars, various special-shaped copper bars need to be used. The shape and size of these copper bars have extremely high requirements, and a small error will cause the distribution cabinet to be unable to be assembled.

The standardized copper busbar system of GRL Electric solves this problem.

1. All copper bars have been processed to a specific size without secondary processing;
2. The copper bars are connected by busbar clips, no need to punch holes, which reduces the links of proofreading and measurement.

Make distribution boxes a standardized solution

GRL’s copper bar system makes copper bars change from non-standard components to standard components.

According to 160A, 250A, 400A, and 630A, GRL has developed 4 types of tap-off systems. In practical applications, it is only necessary to choose freely according to the current of the distribution box and the number of shunt circuits in the system. At the same time, a large number of standardized spare copper bars can be stored. When the system fails, it can be repaired quickly according to the actual situation to minimize the loss.
