Project Introduction

S. C New Energy builds 720MW PERC solar module production line for Jinergy Co.ltd.In this project, Jinleiler busbar system products are used in the power distribution cabinet.

S.C New Energy is the largest manufacturer of photovoltaic solar panel production lines in China. GRL and S.C New Energy have been partners for ten years.

GRL designed the busbar system distribution cabinet for S.C New Energy in the “Jinergy 720MW PERC solar module production line”.

Busbar System Distribution Cabinet

The 800A molded case circuit breaker is used as the main switch, and 6 pieces of 400A MCCB are used as the branch switch.

The proportion of copper bars in the system is very high, and copper bars are used to connect different types of components. GRL customized a 1.5-meter-long soft busbar to connect the upper and lower busbar systems.

The width of the busbar system distribution box is 80cm, which takes up less space.

When the busbar system power distribution cabinet fails, the faulty components can be quickly replaced without even powering off.

Customer Application

Both S.C New Energy PD-420 and PD-520 use GRL busbar system distribution cabinets.

GRL and S.C New Energy are stable partners, GRL provides busbar systems to S.C New Energy for more than $200,000/year.
