GRL fuse links, isolator switches, and busbar systems enable the assembly of safer distribution boxes.
State Grid of China is the largest grid builder and operator in China, supplying power to more than 1.1 billion people. State Grid has thousands of suppliers, a large part of which are low-voltage electrical complete plants that provide distribution boxes for State Grid.
GRL provides fuse link, fuse switch, and busbar system products for these power distribution boxes, providing a guarantee for the security of the power grid.

In western China, the poster height is generally higher than 3000 meters, which poses a great challenge to the fuse disconnector in the distribution box. For the plateau project of the State Grid, GRL has launched a special fuse-type disconnector.
GRL fuse-type isolator switches all use self-produced fuses. A wide range of fuse coverage includes the following:

In the high poster area, GRL applies the NT3 fuse disconnector to the 400a circuit and uses the NT3 400amp fuse to ensure product performance.
The commonly used 400a fuse disconnector and 630a fuse disconnector in plateau areas use DMC-toughened materials. The casing can still be sturdy and durable in a low-temperature environment of -40 degrees Celsius.
The installation method of the integrated distribution cabinet at the lower end of the transformer has always been a problem that electrical engineers want to solve. In this regard, GRL assisted China Power Grid in launching an integrated solution for transformers and integrated distribution boxes.

The GRL bus bar in the power system fixes the copper bar in the box through the bus bar bracket. It is also possible to mount the circuit breaker to the adapter. Hang it on the copper bar through the bus bar, and use the fuse switch as the main switch. (200KVA transformer uses 400 amp fuse, 400KVA transformer uses NT 630 am use)

The electrical busbar system can be divided into a 30mm bus system, a 60mm busbar system, and a 185mm busbar system, which can be applied to energy distribution in the control cabinet.
