Analysis of cracks and arc spraying in cylindrical fuse link body

The cylindrical fuse link test conforms to national standard IEC 60269-1 and IEC 60269-2 (GB/T 13539.1 and GB/T 13539.2).

1.Quality analysisfor cracks infuse body

For the cracks in fuse body,according to Clause 8.5.8 of GB/T 13539.1, there is a requirement: “The fuse link should not be damaged to the extent that it is difficult to replace or endanger the operator. Remaining in one piece until removed, the fuse link and its components can change color or crack.”

2.Quality analysis for Spray arc

The sand filling is not compact. Since the compactness of the sand filling will affect the arc extinguishing performance of fuse link, one-sided arc spraying occurs.

Looking further into the reasons,there are differences in the debugging frequency of sand filling machine.

There is a problem with the debugging during the installation of the equipment. What’s more, employee process quality training should be strengthened.
