To recognize outstanding employees and stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, on April 19th, the GRL Electrical Production Management Department held a monthly commendation meeting for outstanding employees and teams in the multi-functional comprehensive hall of Building 2 in the new factory area.

Mr. Ni spoke and said, ‘Time flies like a shuttle, and in a blink of an eye, another month has passed.’. March is the most prone time for quality problems every year.

As the addition of new employees and changes in various environmental factors at the beginning of each year result in different frequencies and types of quality problems.

To avoid such quality problems, the Production Management Department has conducted corresponding pre job training and practical work for new employees in each workshop, and carried out new employee management in a “old leads new” manner.

Through the above relevant management measures, From the feedback of process and finished product quality data in March, the quality is generally stable, greatly reducing the quality problems at the beginning of the year, but we can’t relax our vigilance.

Because the product customers in March have not used it, the internal quality data cannot represent the real quality status, and only after the customers use it can the real quality situation be reflected.

2. Quality, first of all, is the lifeline of an enterprise, and secondly, high-quality development is the foundation of the enterprise, otherwise everything will be ineffective. So we must strictly follow national standards for production, and cannot cut corners or lower quality standards.

In our company, every employee has their own job responsibilities, and our job is to do a good job of products and customer service, which is our responsibility.

3. Delivery, in order to satisfy customers, the first thing to do is to deliver on time. To achieve customer satisfaction, all departments of the company must work together and make every effort to make their due contributions to customer first.

We not only need to strictly demand ourselves, but also pay attention to training everyone and improving their skills to ensure product quality and better serve customers.
