On the afternoon of October 6, 2023, the September Lean Improvement Project Review Meeting was held in the multifunctional hall on the third floor of the company’s Building 2.
5S Monthly Review Summary
The meeting was chaired by Tong Huiming, the head of the Personnel Department of the Personnel Administration Department.
Ni Jufeng, Vice President of Operations, first analyzed and summarized the monthly “5S” management situation. Mr. Ni pointed out that the overall situation of the company’s various regions remains good, but details still need to be improved.
The specific issues include: the administrative office: file cabinets, storage cabinets, and drawers are not managed according to regulations, desk documents and office supplies are not placed according to regulations, and some department leaders do not attach enough importance to 5S management, and measures need to be taken to rectify.
Warehouse: Electroplating materials lack protective measures and are prone to dust accumulation and oxidation. Materials are not placed in designated areas and placed in a disorderly manner.Review Meeting
The filling of material cards is not standardized, and management needs to be strengthened. Workshop: Tools and materials mixed together, there are violations and safety hazards, and the storage and stacking of materials are unreasonable, which may affect product quality.
It is necessary to strengthen supervision and standardize the operation process. Canteen: Cooking tools are not placed according to regulations, food is not classified and labeled, cleaning tools are placed indiscriminately, and there is a phenomenon of mixing personal and public goods. It is necessary to strengthen hygiene and standardized management.

Since August, various departments have reported a total of 93 improvement projects, including 53 in August, an increase of 40 compared to the previous month.
The lean production line has been improved to 1 project (DNTRS-630). At the same time, the “Value Stream” analysis training was completed in September, and on-site drills were planned to deepen frontline employees’ understanding of the use of tools.Review Meeting
