The fuse base is used in conjunction with the fuse to protect the circuit system from overload. When the current is overloaded or short-circuited, the fuse will blow and cut off the circuit at the same time to protect downstream components.
Authoritative Certificates are the best proof, such as VDE, UL, TUV, CE and so on. TUV and CE for fuse base are available from GRL.
The fuse that chooses high-quality materials will have higher performance. Taking brass and copper as examples, copper contacts have better conductivity than brass and can better control temperature rise.
For the base material, nylon and ceramic are the mainstream choices. The nylon base has better physical properties, anti-drop and cracks resistance. The ceramic base has better insulation properties. Both are available from GRL.

Under normal circumstances, the fuse base does not have arc extinguishing protection device, so there is a risk of electric shock.
In order to improve the safety of product application, GRL specially developed a fuse base with touch protection. No conductors are exposed, which reducing the risk of electric shock.
Under normal circumstances, the fuse base does not have an operating mechanism. Additional tools are needed to install and remove the fuse. Thus, we have developed NT handle, which is used to install and remove the fuse.
GRL owns an automatic production line that the annual production reaches 1 million pcs. With the professional R&D team for fuse, GRL has made great breakthroughs in difficult parameters such as high voltage and high current. Currently, we are developing typical case projects: DC 2000V fuse link, AC 1140V fuse link, etc.
